Paramount Business Jets is a representation of my passion for the aviation industry and the people who support us. Without the support of our clients and customers we would cease to grow as a company and therefore, customer satisfaction and happiness is an integral part of every aspect of our operations. As a business owner, I derive great satisfaction from each and every positive report and feedback I hear from you and many more of our customers.

We represent your interests. It is our pleasure to take care of all the details when you are crunched for time. We are not restricted or limited to the number or types of aircraft in our fleet as an operator would be, therefore, we are able to provide the right aircraft for every trip. We will gladly deal directly with operators and other service providers, organize all of the logistics of your trip, take care of the contingency planning, and provide you with quality aircraft and service while being sensitive to your budget.

As a pilot I was taught to be redundant at every stage of flight for reasons of safety and at Paramount we obtain copies of the FAA flight certificates, request operator insurance certificates, review the aircraft history, check the operator and crew safety reports via a third party safety rating from Aviation Research Group or WYVERN. We review the operator's manifests for anticipated departure and arrival times, mileage enroute, FBO's, overnights for the crew and always have a back up aircraft available. Our concierge service specialists will arrange for your ground transportation and in-flight catering and follow up to ensure a timely and high quality product.

BAKTASH K. ZAHER "RICHARD" - Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Paramount Business Jets, Richard Zaher created Paramount Business Jets due to the limited options available for private jet travelers. Having been involved in the aviation industry for over 10 years, Mr. Zaher realized that there was a demand for a private jet charter company to provide a reliable, cost effective and luxury air travel service without compromising quality, safety and personal service.

Mr. Zaher believed, with the innovation of the internet and the advancements in network technology, a more cost effective and reliable method of flying privately was achievable. Since its inception in 2005, Paramount has seen enormous growth and is now recognized as one of the leading private jet charter brokerage companies in the world.

A citizen of the world, Mr. Zaher's interaction in the aviation, film and humanitarian community has allowed him to travel the globe extensively and he is proficient in five languages. He is a pilot and an Honorary Graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Studies. He is a member of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) as well as the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA).

NEERAJ KAMDAR - Chief Operating Officer

Neeraj Kamdar joined Paramount Business Jets shortly after its inception and serves as the Chief Operating Officer. With an extensive background in the Aerospace Industry, Mr. Kamdar hopes to bring his expertise to the company, by leveraging emerging technologies to optimize productivity and efficiency in the private jet industry.

Prior to joining Paramount Business Jets, Mr. Kamdar worked with some of the world's top business conglomerates, real estate moguls, entrepreneurs, writers, artists and film makers in helping them implement and extend state-of-the-art technologies in effective and innovative ways across their organizations. Mr. Kamdar is also knowledgeable in accounting, finance and aviation law.

In addition to his interest in emerging technologies in aviation, Mr. Kamdar is also co-author of a paper presented at the 2003 World Aviation Congress and Exposition, entitled "Response Surface Utilization in the Exploration of a Supersonic Business Jet Concept with Application of Emerging Technologies".

A graduate of Florida Institute of Technology, Mr. Kamdar also holds a Masters of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, one of the top engineering universities in the United States.

MARGARET F. KLEMM, Ph.D. – Educator and Aviator

Having been involved in the aviation field for over twenty years, Dr. Klemm has a wealth of technical and operational experience in corporate aviation. As a corporate pilot, Dr. Klemm holds various ratings in single and multi-engine aircraft, has logged thousands of hours and has traveled and worked around the globe. She holds degrees from the University of New Orleans, Western Michigan University and Arizona State University, among others and has taught aviation flight technology courses at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Through her consulting work, Dr. Klemm has dealt with many issues facing aviation operators, such as drug testing and human factors and she also has extensive operational experience in the on-demand Part 135 environment as well as corporate and fractional flight operations. Having served as a FlightSafety, International instructor and as a faculty member for various University Aviation programs Dr. Klemm is recognized for her expertise in corporate flight operations, regulatory compliance, human factors, safety and training. Due to her worldwide exposure and extensive experience in the aviation industry, Dr. Klemm is also a certified IS-BAO auditor, a published author and accomplished speaker.

WILLIAM NIX – Business Owner and Attorney

William Nix is an attorney with extensive experience in corporate formation, operations and business affairs, who works as the Chief Operating Officer of the Creative Projects Group in Los Angeles. During his many years of work in New York City, Will served as Co-Chair of Baker Botts LLP’s Entertainment, Media and Sports Practice Group, as V.P. of Legal and Business Affairs for NBA Properties and as COO of the 2000-member network of the MPAA Global Intellectual Property Group. He has advised film, television, Internet/Software and a variety of other businesses as a strategist, served as Executive Producer on several independent motion picture dramatic and documentary features and has taught graduate level law school and business professional courses/workshops both domestically and internationally.

Will has logged hundreds of thousands of air miles, traveled and worked around the globe and has launched and overseen the operations of corporations on nearly every continent in the world. He is generally conversant in Spanish, French, and Japanese, and has been interviewed extensively about media and law both in the United States and internationally. He holds degrees from New York University School of Law and both Hofstra University’s and Columbia’s Schools of Law, among others, and has taught Sports Law at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and at Yeshiva University in New York City. Among other philanthropic/non-profit service work, he is on the Board of Directors of Project GRAD USA and The Peter Pan Children's Fund.

JIM LYNCH - Pilot, Entrepreneur and Aviation Enthusiast

Jim Lynch is Vice President &Chief Operating Officer of Lynch Corporate Services and is also President of Lynch Air Inc. Jim has been involved in aviation from an early age and has been intimately involved with various aspects of the field for over twenty years. He grew up in the northeastern U.S. with a family operated base for general aviation amphibious aircraft. He furthered his aviation experience in the U.S. Navy followed by graduation from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University of Daytona Beach with a B.S. degree in Professional Aeronautics. He holds various ratings in single and multi-engine aircraft. After graduation, Jim’s entrepreneurial spirit kicked in and he went on to operate a flight academy employing over 40 pilots with a customer base in excess of 350 active pilots. Jim also has experience in Part 135 and 141 charter services, maintenance, research and development of aftermarket general aviation products. He has been instrumental in many development and expansion projects on the Daytona Beach airport with involvement in major capital expansion programs in conjunction with large developers. Jim makes his living doing something that is in his blood, building solid business models that are continually morphing into the next phase of development and successfully growing his businesses. Jim is adept at taking concepts and seeing them develop into full-blown and successful projects. Jim’s personality lends itself to dealing with a wide-range of clientele such as NASCAR drivers of international renown, industry leaders, Fortune 500 CEOs and he seeks out conversations with owners of unique or unusual aircraft.

ANKUR BATRA - Marketing Specialist, Strategist and Philanthropist

Ankur Batra is Director of Marketing and Operations at Batra Breweries & Distilleries in Chandigarh, India. Ms. Batra has overseen tremendous growth of Batra Breweries over the past 3 years and has succcessfully employed new marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and awareness. Ms. Batra has over seven years experience in strategic planning and product management and is reputed for her ability to overcome complex business challenges. Ms Batra is also a marketing consultant for Global Market USA, an entity with operations in Real Estate and Fuel Distribution. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Batra is an active philanthropist, contributing her time and resources various charities in India. Ms. Batra holds a Masters in Business Administration in Marketing from Ohio University and Finance for Senior Executives from Harvard Business School.

THOMAS ZWEIFEL, Ph.D. - Author, Professor and Coach

Thomas D. Zweifel is the CEO of New York-based Swiss Consulting Group, a global performance management company. He has coached hundreds of global leaders on four continents, including at Fortune 500 companies like UBS, Citigroup, GE, Lehman Brothers, Siemens and Novartis, to produce breakthrough results through human competencies he calls "3 Cs" - coaching, communication and cross-cultural strategy. He teaches leadership at Columbia University in New York City and at St. Gallen Business School; his latest books are International Organizations and Democracy (LRP 2005) and Culture Clash (SelectBooks 2003). CRAIG A. SIEMER - Pilot, Flight Instructor and Security Specialist*

Craig A. Siemer is a pilot at Delta Air Lines, with extensive and high-level experience in Transportation Security, Federal Security Instruction, and Flight Instruction. He was the Lead Instructor for transportation security at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport; has instructed pilots at Embry-Riddle and Airline Transport Professionals; and has flawlessly logged more than 5000 hours flight time - serving as Captain, First Officer, and Flight Engineer - in half a dozen different jets, turboprops, and jet airliners, including the Boeing 737-800, Boeing 727, MD88, MD90, E120 and the Bombardier CL65. Siemer graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and has been awarded certificates for Airline Transport Pilot AMEL, B737-800 and CL65 Type Ratings, and Flight Engineer Turbojet, and remains active in transportation security. He was the 9th youngest pilot out of 10,000 when hired at Delta in August 2000. He is married and has two daughters.
